 Paying by Check or Money Order
As a convenience to our customers who don't want to pay with a credit card, Always Angels accepts payment by money order or check. If you should decide to pay by money order or check, your order will ship as soon as we receive your money order or, in the case of a personal check, as soon as your check clears our bank.

Domestic Shipping
We ship our products by Priority Mail via the US Postal Service. Unless we are out of an item, all orders ship within 24 hours and should arrive in 2-3 days. If we are out of an item, we will contact you by email or phone to give you an estimated shipping date.

Shipping charges for orders within the 50 United States are calculated based upon the total dollar amount of your order. Please see the chart below for shipping charges:

Refund Policy
At Always Angels your complete satisfaction is our first priority. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 15 days of the receipt of your purchase to arrange for a full refund. To contact us, send us an email at

Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, your account will be credited the full purchase price, including the cost of shipping it to you. Postage on the returned item is the customer's responsibility. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a check within 3 business days.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or broken item, please email us at 
or call us at (707) 763-5086 immediately. Please make sure to keep the item as well as all of its original packaging. We will contact our shipper. If the damaged item and packaging need to be inspected, we will contact you.

Once the damage claim has been accepted, we will reimburse your credit card account for the full purchase price, including shipping. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a check within 3 business days.
